These are a 6x1mm fastener, so I don't think they will take a lot, but this is a high stress application. I didn't see a reference in my Honda shop manual. I did see 5.1 - 8.0 ft-lbs for the same size fastener used on the crankcase and covers, so...

What do you think?

Blue Locktite?

If this is for your 200 it's 13.7-17.3 foot/pounds according to Haynes-no lock washer or compound specified. I didn't use anything but I should give it a torqueing re-check

Oops, sorry - yes, this is for the CB200.

I found this chart:

http://www.imperialinc.com/pdf/A_Fasten ... Charts.pdf

I don't know what grade these fasteners are, but this chart gives #'s for 8.8 and 10.9 hardness.
And zinc and unplated. (OEM zinc? I don't think so.)

For a 6x1mm:

8.8 grade - 7.8 ft/lb zinc and 7.13 ft/lb unplated.

10.9 grade - 11.63 ft/lb zinc and 10.5 ft/lb unplated.

Thanks for the reply. I am going to be starting a couple more threads, here.

I did think the # was high. Hayes was the only manual to have a value posted. It is into steel not aluminum but if undertoqured the auto tightening nature of the application would kick in. they are plated.
